SpPress, Drosophila Spermatogenesis Expression Database, is a public database containing genome-wide expression analysis of wild-type males using three cell populations isolated from mitotic, meiotic and post-meiotic phases of spermatogenesis in D. melanogaster. The figure below details the precise regions of the testis that were isolated in this study.
